Rebuild Kit

I have a 97 audi a4 1.8t quattro. it has a 5 speed and it grinds going into 3rd and just started poping out of 3rd when i get off the throttle. anyone know where i can find a rebuild kit at? if so please send me an email at audi_1.8t@live.com
