Here are all the dyno sheets from my project engine.  I cut and pasted from Vortex, so that's why it sounds like it happened today.  This was from April, with a couple of sheets from February.

dynoed my TT engine on 93 pump gas today. This was a test of what difference there is between a ATP log mani and a Full Race Tubular mani. Same Maps. There was about a 35 degree difference in intake temperatures (higher with Full Race), so the difference is likely to be greater given equal temps.
With ATP mani

Another day, and some more info.
First, I need to correct a mistake- I THOUGHT I had a 1.06 A/R turbine, and was going to swap on a .82 to see if it spooled faster. Imagine my surprise when I took the turbo off and discovered it already had a .82. So, all previous sheets are .82.

Here is my sheet from February with the ATP manifold, 23.5psi on 100 octane unleaded.

This is the sheet from today with FullRace manifold. Same Map, 23.5PSi. Notice the much higher intake temps today

I then turned the boost up to 26PSI

Next I installed a catalytic converter, same map.

I then installed a 2.5" tailpipe after the cat- sorry I didn't print the sheet, but it made NO difference.  I stuck on a 2.5" borla muffler and it cost @ 20HP, which isn't bad.

The BIG Run

Did the final tune on C16. 32PSI. The turbo is maxed out and boost starts to drop at about 6500- tapers to about 29 at redline, so no more top end power, but I found quite a bit more down low.

everything is stock except the turbo. Stock rods, pistons, cams and injectors.  The secret is using the special EIP chip.

No..just kidding.  Specs are as follows:

AMU block/pistons/crank
AEB head, ported
Stock valves/lifters/keepers
Cat cams
Adjustable cam sprocket
FullRace manifold
Tial wastegate
GT30R turbo
3" downpipe
Homemade intake manifold
STR 68mm throttle body
Tial BOV
83lb/hr injectors
AER engine management

It is going in a 94 Jetta as soon as school lets out.
