OK, first of all I already have a 2.5" APR downpipe with a 2.25" supersprint catback.  There are some things I don't supersrint exhaust (2.25" to begin with).  So today I bought a 3" turboback with a magnaflow muffler, its stainless other than the cat and its mandrel bent.  It was $150.  :driving:

Its dirty in the pics, but its acually in really good shape!!

My issue is what should I do?  Run the 3" turboback.  The cat is dead so I will most likely do a testpipe.  Or should I keep the 2.5" downpipe and mate it to the 3" catback.  (I understand there will be no substantial gains over a full 2.5" system).   I just know that with the APR downpipe I an ensured quality and fitment because it is on my car already and has no issues.
Thanks for the opinions in advance  beer

I'm gonna punch the cat out because its f'd.  It has a bad rattle.  then run the 3" system and if it rattles and i don't like it I will run 2.5 to the 3 inch catback.

I did the 3" exhaust.  The cat was shot!! The honeycomb just fell out.  I made some good power up top over my 2.5" (apr dp) to 2.25"(supersprint).  Boost comes on much different.  It feels a little boggier down low but when it hits boost it hits harder and feels faster.  I would suggest a 3" exhaust. beer
