This works good for smaller turbos... Big stuff eh.

i've seen a lot of stuff (like a PT74 on a honda) work and make huge power which shouldn't.

I worked this up the other day for those that are a little lazy to work it out on paper... it aint pretty but it works following the above mentioned calculations.

To add more detail, play with the Granularity settings (increases the rows and columns)

This is also known as "buy what seems to work for others." biggrin

Seriously, there's soooo many variables, unless you're really trying to pioneer something crazy, you should just buy a proven solution that has a dyno that shows the torque curve you'd like to have.  I have Corky Bell's book sitting right here and there's a chapter devoted to turbo sizing, and I love math and all, but all this did was confirm that those dynos I saw were legitimate. drink

I also have an application I wrote that goes into alot more detail, but it will have to wait till I'm not so buisy to be ported to the web Smile

I am new here and the info you guys have on this site has given me a lot of insight. This especially helped me pick the turbo that i will be running here in a few weeks when i go my BT upgrade.. this truly is a great site
