Info:

These plates allow the removal of the entire secondary air injection / combi valve system, including the large injection pump near the oil filter.  This results in a much cleaner looking engine bay, as well as less clutter and more room for you to get in there and wrench on your ride.

We CNC machine these plates from 6061 aluminum alloy, and machine them to accept an O ring seal, so that they seal up perfectly with no fuss, and no gaskets or messy sealant. The installation is completed with our included aerospace grade Viton O ring, and stainless steel socket head hardware.

Pricing:

$34.95

Ordering:

We are proud to have an extremely secure and streamlined ordering process, via our online store. You can also order by contacting us via instant message, or email.

Could you or someone post up some info or links on the pros and cons of this mod? A DIY? Codes to expect? Affect winter warmup/driving?

There are 2 codes which potentially come into play. One of which is an open circuit code, which we have solved with our resistor now- available on the website. The other code is an "incorrect flow detected" code, which is from the O2 sensors NOT reading lean on startup... So far we haven't been able to figure out a way around this. Strangely enough, it only seems to appear on certian software / ecu's. Some people just never pull this code.

DIY is coming!

I started to put mine in today, Where does the plate go?  EGR?  The thing the egr attatched to?  Or on the block itself?  And does the resistor go to the connector for the pump or the SAP solenoid valve?  Thanks!!!

You completely unbolt the whole combi valve from the head, and the plate bolts onto the head in its place, using the two "nearly verticle" bolts out of the 3.
