Talkin with DonR about this during the AM hours..... Anyone have these symptons with their latest BT file updates from REVO? (im running T3/T4 file).
Fuel Levels ALWAYS 0.0 (Adaption level never changes) Readiness codes fail for 02 sensors (havent concluded this to be a problem yet, but others have) Funky idle back with warmer weather..
my main concern is the adaption levels not changing for the fuel trims. Just wondering if anyone else has these issues..looks like im going to have to either A), get an update...or B), go back to the old version...

we had ALOT of problems with a customer car of ours the past 2 weeks... right as it was getting warmer concidentally... it idled like it had the most aggressive cams know to man in it. also was idling at 6-9 ATDC we were stumped...tried the plugs, coilpacks, etc... replaced the coolant temp sensor and everything seemed to go away...bit of a intermitent rough idle, but nothing out of the ordinary with a bt setup. havent check fuel trims after replacing the temp sensor... ill do that later tonight and post back up for ya

I had the funky idle too about 1 months ago and i swapped my coolant sensor out for a green top and all was golden and since the weather has gotten warmer really quickly, ever since Show N Go....my funky idle is back. Along with a suddent RPM flucuation upon deceleration. It's weird. Im sure it's nothing terrible, but odd none the less.....only thing im really concerned about is my Vag-COM not getting any fuel trim numbers. Im going to load some numbers into lemmiwinks on my ride home from work and check the readiness channels too...ill post up later.

My file has no low end power, I really have to push on the gas to get it moving, but then it almost jumps and goes like a rocket...until the tranny shifts, then it is time to push the gas furhter. Try doing it in traffic :td: On cold starts my wideband and tach dance all over the scale and EGT's read around 800F :ugh: No timing pull from T9 to T1. The good thing about it - it really hauls ass - WOT is great!

When I first time hooked my first version of revo SW, it had absolutely no low end power, so I sontacted them in regard to that and the ysent me a new file that a liiiiiiiitle bit of low end but it had this cold start issue, then I called them again and Scott who is my contact at revo told me that they have to do some investigation and I have to go through T4 and up and look for timing pull, so I did and did not see any. Now two months later he tell me to check T4 to T1 for timing pull, so I did and there was none whatsoever. The rumors are that revo is in a process of making a new set of files but other rumors are that the guy who is writing files is in UK and wont be back in six months. It's beginning to look like Upsolute BS.

This Little Nicky side project, that was so highly acclaimed by some, cost a lot of ppl that I know quite some money and as of now after collecting all that money, revo has guts to go to UK or whatever and live us in a cold. As I've noticed revo even closed their forums and dont even bother answering e-mails. this is pure upsolute :bs: that I was fed up in a past with upsolute that also did that trick and left a bunch of good guys with useless and totally crappy "BT SW" :evil3:

Hey im back.....Well my file isnt lean, if anything it's rich. But not as rich as it used to be. I actually took out my plugs after 1000 miles and they were light brown. Normally they are black.
Made some changes last night per the suggestion of Don. Startup enrich up to 115% Wamrup enrich up to 110% Lambda Regulation +50 (he suggested +127)
My car started up 100% better this morning, no bucking at all, fired right up. No smell of gas/oil/smoke at all. Also, my readiness codes passed for 02 sensors, and my fuel trims were back!!!!!!!!!! Maybe they heard me talkin about them or something..Anyways, all is good over here. I can get some better data once i get my wideband working again, i do believe my 02 sensor for my zeitronix is cooked.

I thought REVO finally announced the production release of their SW like a week ago. Has anyone tried the absolute newest version?

the only thing that REVO has officially anounced in my understanding is that they have 1 file for all turbos...so no specific file...the only specific thing they have is engine codes and those aren't 100% yet either!

But you have an AWD, right Don? The AWW/AWP files seem to be much further along.
