I will have the v-tune as of later today.

And yes the H valve works great with the APR program.

What spike and hold numbers are you seeing?  I run the J, and I sometimes contemplate trying the H.   The J surges alot with part throttle, and I'd like to get rid of that.   Do you serge at all with the H?

yeah, a 3" system will make a noticeable difference, mbc might help you out a bit more powerwise too, vtune could help, and an fmic will def. help too, i noticed a huge difference with mine.

You could try cam gears, although with a stock turbo you probly wont see much of a gain at all. So nevermind haha, Ummm 3' DP llike it was mentiond before and try a poswer gasket, should give ya a few more PSI, thats about all I can think of.

The H valve works really nice with the APR 93 programming on my 20th...I had the J for awhile, put when doing 6th gear pulls in the interstate, it would crap right out  into Hard Limp...there is not such problems with the H valve...it runs nice and smooth Cool

I have also got the GHL 3" TB Race Exhaust with no resonater...old style muffler as well...just ask Pete/ Piotrek
