Upsolute problems are too vast to be solved.

You have the organizational issues. Where the dealers are treated like cashcows and slaves. Then you have your tuning problems.

Its hard enough getting the tuning problems fixed when the people responsible for dealing with their ONE tuner dont understand the nature of the problems themselves.

Frankly the whole company is a waste of everyones time.

Hasn't everyone known this for a long time?  You guys gave it the effort, but it didn't work out.   Why is Upsolute even being mentioned in here when we know it didn't work out.   Don got the best results out of them, and offered to list the problems, but still didn't do it.  lol

where are all the programers that can hack into motronic
figure out timing and fueling...which is rather difficult I am sure...
so that we can modify it...make it open source...and fuck chip tuners then!

Sicne we are talking about how software sucks mah balls

Pat IM'd me today to tell me that his DTA is picking up rpm and still using the stock ecu to drive the cluster etc etc... everything works Wink

Hopefully he'll post, i would go into the details of how to wire it (its very simple) but i don't want to drag this thread too far o/t.

either way, that means ANY standalone is essentially compatiable with mk4 cars.  :hitit:

well it's not really 100% true
I wonder if he changed over to DBC?

I know 034EFI stuff is either run DBW and no cluster or DBC and cluster
Autronic could not be hooked up to the cluster by autronic dealers
I am refering to the AWP clusters as that is what I was told from autronic!

he changed to DBC, its like a 2 hour job. lol.

your not hookign it up to the cluster, per say, your just unhooking most of the OEM harness and jamming it in the corner of the engine bay and leaving the ECU to go der ka derrr and run the gauges.
