UPDATE: ALL BT'ERS CAN ADD OR CONTRIBUTE THEIR SETUP TO THIS TUNING LOG BOOK

Hello all,

I thought that since tossing larger turbos on the 1.8t has become so popular, and so many people are using the REVO BT file, or the Upsolute BT file to control their tune, I figure it would be good to begin logging what everyone is doing for a tune (especially the lemmiwinks tweaks (our poor-mans standalone :/)).

I will do my best to keep everything organized here at the top so people don't have to dig for the information (which I find annoying on this forum sometimes).

PLEASE let me know if anything within this format can be changed.

I also hope that there is enough interest for you BT guys to do this.  I think this will be very helpful for all us BT guys. beer

The car still takes 2 tries to start in the morning.  Idle is good.  Car dynoed 255hp with these settings.  Timing pull is allways below 5deg on all 4 cylanders.

Car starts on the first try on the morning no matter what weather conditions but idles high holding 1500rpms for about 5 minutes once it's warm it settles down to 840rpm, on hot starts it dips for 1 milisec and stabilize idle is exactly like stock during driving and redlights.

there may be a better description of things out there, but I've yet to find it..

Suggestion for this thread:

instead of having a thread for all this tuning stuff, can we do a PHP/mysql bit that stores all of the above info in a DB.. a user can then query the DB and find out what injectors will produce what HP and whatnot..

they can also find out what people are doing that have their same (or similar) setup..

something with boxes like my buddy's site:

all of the stats can easily be pulled from a DB and tossed into this forum somehow..

anyone have refined thoughts??

updated.. yar.. I'm slow..

it would be nice if we could get a database of all the BT guys out there that lists their settings and tune..

this way the responsibility is on the user, and not me.. thus the db would be dynamic, searchable, queryable, and more useful.

Little update on mine
I got around to flashing my car with the latest gt28rs.86 v2.
It pulls so much smoother than with the k03s 4bar soft ware and the power increase was definitely noticeable (wheel spin and ass dyno).
And I don’t have a black gti, it’s a red jetta.
