Euroswitch functions and how it differs from the North American switchThe Euroswitch is becoming a popular mod among North American VW owners. It differs from the stock switch that's installed in North American spec Passats in a couple of ways. First, aside from the usual OFF and ON position, there is an additional ON position. Second, there is an additional ON position for a rear fog light. While the latter is useless on the stock North American Passat, many have made it useful by retrofitting their Passats with a rear fog light.
