do you mean housing or wheel?

because the gt28r uses the same comp. wheel as the gt28rs

GT28R 53mm 60mm

Turbine
-Wheel: 53mm w/ 62 trim
-Housing: .64 ar

Compressor
-Wheel: 60mm w/ 60 trim
-Housing: .60 ar

GT28RS 53.85mm 60mm

Turbine
-Wheel: 53.85mm w/ 76 trim
-Housing: .64 or .86 ar

Compressor
-Wheel: 60mm w/ 62 trim
-Housing: .60 ar

GT2871R 53.85mm 71mm

Turbine
-Wheel: 53.85mm w/ 76 trim
-Housing: .86 ar

Compressor
-Wheel: 71mm w/ 56 or 48 trim
-Housing: .60 ar

but I do believe in bigger comp. is better especially for top end of course, but I want most HP and not worried about respool and stuff...I wonder how much smaller that housing is itself as I've never seen one...but I have seen the .64 a/r  .86a/r   but that is turbine of the gt28rs and you can deff. tell the difference...
