Honestly, the difference is so miniscule, I'd go with whatever you can find more easily.  Some complain about K&N oils fouling up their MAF, so maybe that's a reason to go ITG?

Well when it does come to panel filters I think there have been a few that have posted results where the g/s gained were very miniscule.

If we're talking about a filter on a stick then I'd stick with K&N...they've been around the longest...really they're all the same.

I've have the ITG panel in the stock airbox and a ITG cone with from the eurosport short ram and I'm quite impressed at the condition of the MAF. I haven't compared it to a K&N equiv though.

most of these tests are with k03s. And I have doubts that the k03 can really significantly tax the stock airbox enough for these filter tests to be meaningful

Yeah I agree with what you said based on all of the tests I've seen.  Plus the pipes and all the changes in airflow direction are the big nasty anyway.

I'd grab a K&N, go with the guys who have been doing it for the longest.  :thumbup1:

If your going to ask either of the following:
"What: CAI, BoV, BoV, Exhaust, Rims, Dildo, Vibrator, should I get?"
Go to: VWVortex.com they will help you!
