FS: Stock down pipe with CAT and Airbox 1.8T

I got an old stock down pipe with good CAT off of a 2002 GTI 1.8T. Has about 30,000 miles on it. Looking for like $50 + shipping. Also have a whole stock airbox with filter from the same car with about 10,000k, $20 + shipping. Thanks.
