K04 vs GT28 vs GT30

Hi All

I have a golf 5 Gti DSG, I want to go for a bigger turbo and am looking at either K04 or GT28, I have heard that the GT28 makes much more power but the lag is substantial to the point that the K04 will do a better 1/4 mile time. I drive my car everyday and would be annoyed if the GT takes a long time to spool up. Getting into gaps and past traffic one needs low down torque and power as well
Please advise what you guys think is the best option.
