car has no power after build

drove her around the block, first and second gear WOT gets me max 5psi and with that, it just doesnt move, cant break traction, very sluggish. i, car drives fine(no bogging, hesitation etc)

i have a IAT code, could that cause all these issues? timing screwed up?

You said after build what did you do ,,

I am presuming you build BT setup ?? ,
have you got Vag com to check for codes , if no codes check boost leak , Timing , waist gate stuck ,

don't think Air intake Temp code will cause that much problems , but I am not sure
