A guy I know has a really clean 94 Supra with a 67mm turbo on it.  He claims a bit under 500whp on pump gas at 15 psi.  Well he showed up at dinner tonight so we agreed on some friendly roll races on the way to the local meet.   Me running 23 psi on 93 octane, him at 15 psi on 93 octane.   We made several pulls, with me inching him out every time.  The only thing that varied was who got the initial jump from whoever got into the spool first.   Our last race was the best with me putting about a car and a half on him from a 45mph roll to about 120mph after getting a good jump in 3rd gear.  I was proud of the little GTI tonight.   icon_headbang

And on the way home, I took out the APR 2.0T FSI stage 3 GTI as well, only needed 17 psi for him though.   nana icon_driving

If I had video, it would be posted.  lol  The APR car was at the local meet and followed me onto the highway.  Andy @ APR urged Chris @ APR on to race me.  lol
