Need some advice on exhaust

Well...i just picked up a Neuspeed downpipe.  The problem is it doesn't have a cat on it.  Now here comes my crazy idea for an exhaust.  What if i went from that neuspeed downpipe and then straight piped it right to my stock muffler, bypassing the resonator and cat. 

Is the stock muffler gonna be too restrictive for something like that?  You guys think if will be loud as hell?  What are your thoughts?

The stock muffler is restrictive.  Hard to say how loud it will be with the stock muffler. I would just connect it to your stock CB until you get a aftermarket CB. Then I would add a cat to the system.
