extream surge problem i think

i have an 03 gti with many mods like apr,fmi,ect soblo my ko3s leaked oil so i got another turbo but the guy told me it was a ko3s so i bought an installed it but it doesnt go ass fast or or do the same psi that used to do with my old one so when i step on it. It studers crazy and it feels like its about to shut down and when i stop the rev doesnt stay still it makes weird noses like a whistle when i step on it pls pls help me i just whant my car to work .

Did you realign the throttle body? Do you have a boost gauge? Have you swapped a k03 before? We need some more info son.. Good luck

i do have a boost gauge but what happens is that when i drive normal its ok but when i step on it it studders misfires or surges and still its the 150hp not the 180hp what im suposed to have do u think that might be the prob ?
