General question about the 630 file..

Does anyone know offhand, or can test and tell me what the injector ms. value is at idle for this file (we deal with UNI but I don't have any bt cars at the shop at the moment)? I have a 16vt at the shop using the same injectors and can't get it to idle good below 1.5 ms (haltech standalone) But above 1.45 its too rich (13.5 ish) I know it's too much injector for the application, but I'm wondering how a 1.8t can idle stoich with the same injectors (630 siemans). I asked the supplier for the injectors and he told me it should be fine with this low of a value. He said I possibly needed to raise fuel pressure to aid in fuel atomization. Well I didn't think that would work (and it didn't). I can get a good idle with anything higher than 1.5 if I lower the fuel pressure so its 14.7 at idle. This of course means I will have to change the mapping because of the fuel pressure change. Thanks for any help!

The 630's idle between 1.23ms and 1.64ms.

If that is the case, I have to figure out why the idle quality suffers when I run them below 1.5 ms. Standalone injector drivers? I guess I should move this topic to another area..
