Hi guys, I'm really excited about the engine building season this winter, we've got some exciting new products coming your way, but in the meantime I figured we could get things kicked off with some absolutely HOT deals on fueling for your engine builds.

Fueling:

Siemens Deka 630cc Injectors- for use with the now famous unitronics 630cc big turbo 1.8t file... These will give you a perfect idle and power capabilities well past 400whp- street and dyno proven on our very own GT30r equipped daily driver. There is no need to mess around with special ~440cc injectors anymore, between these and the Unitronics 630cc injector file, you will have a perfect idle, great mileage, and gobbs of power.

Normally $64.99 each, now $52.50 each! Yes- Thats right, $210 for a set of 4.

630cc Injectors Available Here

The perfect pump to match your 630cc injectors. These pumps flow 255LPH @ 3 bar (approx) and are suitable for a touch over 500bhp. They are a good match for the 630cc injectors, and they are an inline style pump- the only option which provides reliable scavenging with the oem fuel tank.

On sale now for $129.99

Walbro Pumps Available Here

Stay posted for killer deals on fuel rail spacers to match these injectors.

We got our act togheter today and test fit the fuel rail spacer kits in our 20v... They fit and look great, so those will be available starting tonight for $7. They are not required on AEB engines or engines with an intake manifold origonally off an AEB.

We also found they are not required on euro intake manifold from engine code AGU as well.

Got your orders for the 630's, those will all be going out tommorow! Thanks very much!

I also got these rail spacer kits setup on our web store tonight for anyone who is interested, they are a pair of machined aluminum spacers and some grade 12.9, blue coated socket head cap screws. They are longer then stock so they have plenty of thread engagement. There isn't much to these kits, but there isn't much to the price either, @ $6.99.

Get them here!

I will get a picture up in a few days.

So far every US / North American transverse application I have seen needs them. I have run across some euro parts which do not, and of course some of the really early motors.

Not sure why I typed 2001, instead of 2000, probably because it was 3AM and I wasn't thinking too clearly.

Its a walbro GSL392 255lph inline pump. As for the picture, I dunno, doesn't look like a bosch 044 to me?

http://apps.bosch.com.au/motorsport/downloads/fuelpumps.pdf

333l/h with far better rated high pressure performance than the 255l/h walboros.

This pump kicks ass.

200l/h @ 5bar is almost twice what the walboro 255 pump is rated to flow at the same pressure.

Mind you in the feild, the walboro certainly seems to exceed its own specs. But for added peace of mind, the 044 bosch is hard to beat. I believe it will drop right into the stock cage on the markIV cars, certainly did on my B5.

You got it right, we just use the walbro because for most projects the bosch is totally unnecessary. We are out of fuel on this setup because of the injectors @ 3 bar base pressure, and to go 4bar base will hurt the walbro... We are also gearing up to spray on it a bit, so an 044 pump is going in next along with the laughing gas and a clutch to transmit it all.  icon_thumbup1

I should have the 044's listed soon enough.
