why doesnt my car hold its boost i have apr all the stages once i held 18 psi i beat my friends evo mr on a roll but now my car spikes at 24 psi then drops to 15 psi when i hits 5000 rpm it drop to 11 psi fast i allso have a gasket leak in the tubo pls help

You answered your own question  - gasket leak = less boost.

Also when the weather is cold it's normal to see less boost since the cars are all load based.

You can get the same engine load (mass airflow) with less boost when it's cold out.
