Both of my cooling fans are not working. Temp gauge is working, temp sensor is fairly new green top but the motor gets hot at idle. Both fans DO work with AC on which I know is normal as they should be on with AC.
Both fuses are good and the module seems good, but have not yet checked with a meter.
Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.

Coolant is good - flushed, replaced WP & thermostat about 4K miles ago, car seems to be reaching operating temp although I have not checked yet with Vag-Com. When fans come on with AC they are on high speed. Yes, I have checked the fuse on the battery.

Sounds like a relay.  Try locating the ac fan relay and switching it out with another relay that you know is working.  If it comes on, you know that that is your problem.

Yea, evidently there are no relays in this circut, just a module located down low in the front on the left side. That is probably the problem but I have not had a chance to test it yet. There is not too much on this on the Vortex so I was just wondering if anyone had seen this and knew what the fix might be???
