I don’t know if this should fall under the ECU forum or under the Transmition  forum

so I posted it in both ,,,,

I want to install a stand alone management system(got one from a friend) ,but I want to keep all the function in car and the function of the traction control and 4 motion/Quattro
so I will keep the standard ecu in place for the above but need to know what wires I keep and what I cut

Please help

I'm doing a little homework on this for a potential AWD conversion.. maybe some of this will help..
