Hey guys, I've been making these for a while for 1.8t and they have proved popular. My buddy runs a local performance / maintance shop and requested I make some for 30v / S4. Anyways, one head uses the standard 1.8 plate, as can be seen here:
The other side of the head only has 1 bolt easily avaiable, so there just isn't the force available to compress the o ring against the outside of the head, so I designed a special flange just for you guys... here:
It uses the same viton aerospace O ring technology for a seal which has been proven over and over on the 1.8t versions, only this one actually slides inside the passenge on the head and seals against the OD of it.
Its looking like the expected retail of the whole kit including both flanges, O ring seals, and stainless hardware (as shown in 1.8t pic) is going to be around $40.
So, any interest out there to help get me off my butt and cut these?
