Exhaust flow rate

I sent you a PM on Vortex Bob but this seems like a great discussion topic for this forum.   Have you or anyone else estimated/calculated exhaust flow rates?

I did when I started my project, but haven't looked at the numbers in years.  I'll see if I can dig up the formula.  As for the manifold tap..what mani?
