For oem valve springs, the seat pressure is 50lbs., and the open pressure is 110lbs.

During my cylinder head project, I upgraded both my intake and exhaust valve springs. These springs were sourced from a manufacturer, which has supplied valvetrain components to the very finest teams that are involved in a wide range of motorsports.

For my upgraded intake valve springs, the seat pressure is 65lbs., and the open pressure is 145lbs.

For my upgraded exhaust valve springs, the seat pressure is 80lbs., and open pressure is 180lbs.

These valve springs are rated at 9500rpm.
