NM.. I saw them on your site.

Im going to be putting in those SDR-research cams i just got off of jacob buehn.


 Any thoughts on effects on timing? Did you need to putz around much?

My RS4s just dropped in,  I want to upgrade my cams further. Let me know how those work out.

Did you need to adjust anything. But I gather you didnt with such a mild cam.

 The SDR's are similar in spec to the catcam sport cams. But they run over 2grand.


picked up mine for 1000$ from jacob, no core swaps.

 I really find the car dies off far too quickly past 6K hope the cams do the trick.

 And 4th is an appalingly long gear as well. One day I hope to drop in a new 3rd and 4rth gear, as well as do the center diff.

What mods do you have, because mine pulls like a MF all the way to 7k with my 100 octane or 104 octane chip setting and gas.  With 91 octane it pulls to 6k like you said.  

Generally on the chips for these, they have to pull more timing out up top with the 91 octane gas.

Well i dont tune the car for anything but pump.


Lets see

k04/rs6 hybrids
rs4 intercoolers
Evo intake
custom 85mil MAF (similar to the autospeed/AWE unit)
GHL downpipes, no cats, 2.5 catback
Unitronic tuned
greentops, piggie pump.
ported TB, ported intake manifold
ECS stage3 clutch and lw flywheel.
autospeed DTS bar
piggie short shifter

no suspension mods yet. That kind of hurts the launch. That and the all season crap tires. But ive been concentrating on the engine side first.
