omg i just saw ur reply.

ok. IMO, DSG is STILL automatic.
if a tranny can shift w/o the driver actually manually doing or requesting the shift, IT'S AUTOMATIC. i don't care how many clutches it has or doesn't have.
also (IMO)- a car equipped with tiptronic is not manual because the tranny still has the ability to upshift/downshift w/o your specific commands.
