N75 "J" Valve

For the record our OEM valve is called the "F" valve. ECS markets the "H" valve and some people have tried the "C" valve. "J" rules them all though....

To buy a J valve go to Impex and enter 034906283J in the "search by part number" field.

Equipment:

N75 "J" Valve (VW/AUDI OEM PART NUMBER 034906283J)
Some small hose clamps

Tools:

Flathead screwdriver.

Installation:

This is really easy.... You can see the valve as I compare the old one (black)
with the new J that is in the car already. So just carefully work the stupid VW
OEM hose clamps off the black valve and pull the two hoses off (if you forge the
top hose goes in the top of the N75 so don't worry about mixing them up) and pull
it out of the inlet pipe.

Here is another shot comparing them, note how the N75J is mounted IN REVERSE!
The electric cable has to be run under the inlet pipe and plugged into the valve
carefully, but don't worry it reaches. I have the larger less flexible Samco
inlet and it still reached under it to the N75 just fine.

No more reading, go drive your car! This was like getting chipped again for me!
