T3-super60 @ 17-18psi on 92 octane,  -4.5* pulled using lemiwinks

"super60", GIAC E-05, 380cc, Greddy fmic, 3" exhaust.... yada yada

for some reason running the E-05 at 3.5 bar (52ish psi) I was wayyyyyyy lean... like stop the dyno lean.

I kept turning it up till i could at least try to make a full pull and it ended up being left at about 65psi at vacuum...

What the hell is up w/ the air fuel, because i know others run at like 3.3 bar at this boost.

oh, and the tach signal dropped on the 270whp run... i left off the 4 pulls we made to 4k rpm, then killed cause of a 14.1 a/f ratio

damn, and i really need a scanner, u can't see crap.

1st - 270.71 whp
2nd - 263.74 whp / 243.48 wtq

nice # for that boost. when are you gonna crank the boost up?

wouldn't 440 injectors help your a/f?

well, the programing is supposed to run 380's @ 3-bar for the E-05 turbo... so i could see how if this turbo is pushing more air, i'd need 3.5 - 4 bar of fuel pressure (just not 4.5 bar).  The injectors and fuel pump are from a APR Stg. III (which makes about this much power) so they should be good.  The e-05 file also only requests 18psi to redline, so i don't know when i'll be turning the boost up.  I'm thinking about moving up to 440's and having unitronic software made that would put me around 20-21psi.  After seeing this much power at 17-18, i'm really hoping i could hit 300whp on higher boost.

yea, I took one on the dyno (timing pull though, not total timing).  We had already done 4 half-pulls back to back, followed by this full pull, so it survived a pretty intense torture test w/ very little timing pull.

i must have deleted the file along w/ the half-pull logs.  But timing was at 0* pulled on all cylinders untill about 5,500 rpm, then it began to pull 3* in cyl. 4 all the way to redline.  Cyl. 1 had 3* pulled at like 5,800.. but those were the only two cylinders that had any timing pulled.

The turbo will do it, just need to get that AF under control.

Here are some logs done w/ the FPR at 60psi (4-bar)

And i realized i had a loose wastegate during the dyno, and now that it's tightened down, the car feels alot stronger and boosts faster, so the curves are probably different now.

i'll try to change it, but it was logged from ~2,300rpm to ~7,000 rpm and pretty much is about the same range as the graph below it

Looks better than the dyno.  Go ahead and turn the boost up a bit.  Wink

it's right around 17psi right now... GIAC's E-05 only requests 18 to redline, so i'm pretty much maxed out on boost w/o a diode or SS VC2 till i upgrade the software.

after that i'll probably set it at 20-21psi though

About the boost though... anybody know why it spikes lower than what it climbs to at redline? I usually hear about people spiking a couple psi over what they have the MBC set at, then fading a psi or two by redline...

Boost is controled by a boostvalve MBC w/ the N75 plugged in electrically, but no hoses attached.
