Well I finally got around to dynoing my car and I wasn’t very happy with what I found.
The set up is a precision t3/t04e 60 trim .68 a/r  440cc injectors, Tyrol sport fuel pump, 3 bar fpr revo k03s software .
The first pull was at 16 psi and at 4700 it had 232 hp 225 tq  and pretty much held it to red line . Now the fucked up part the air fuel was at 14 from 4000 rpm to 5700 rpm then slowly dropped to 12 by 7000 rpm.
The second run I lowered the boost to 10 psi and it pulled 219 hp 215 tq and the air fuel stayed the same as the first pull.
The guys at the shop I went to talked to me about a apexi select fuel controller and said that would fix the problem. I’ve never heard of anyone using one on our cars but it sounded like a good alternative to just getting a “BT chip” any thoughts on this?
And yes I plan on getting it chipped I just don’t have to $ right now.
Also I don’t plan on driving the car till I get the a/f problem fixed.

Stock the cars run very lean for a turbo car. Your AFR looks typical.

if your car is 2001+ then it will adapt out any fuel you try to add.

There is a Spec Vs Actual AFR and it will attempt to get to spec.

If you log block 031 you can see whay it's trying to get. The values are in lambda.

Unless you change the requested lambda VIA a chip, the ecu will try to run lean all the time, and them dump fuel at the very top end.

The ecu will adapt out any fuel that you try to add in with it. Get BT software. The unitronics low end 14.5 fading to midrange 12.5 AFR looks the best I have seen.

Is there a big difference in power with a big turbo chip vs. a ko3s chip?
I think 232 is a little low even with the lean a/f.

yes...get the right SW otherwise you will be stuck in ko4 power range IMO

dude you have a t3t4 60 trim turbo which is capable of over 400whp without a doubt...and on 16-18 psi with good SW you should be very close to 270-310 whp!!!

now you make your own deductive reasoning  burnout

Yeah but do you really want to shell out money for something you might very well change relatively soon?(Upsolute) I would say Revo or Unitronic would be your best bet. Patience almost always yields better results than haste when it comes to doing things right.

It's not that Upsolute is changing. I would try to find a person who successfully runs upsolute programming, that:  A. Hasn't gone in for 5 or more revisions and B. Still has no problems.

I  guess no-one pays attention to my posts regarding UP! I have had no major problems, and I am running a very close a/f misture across the board! My only issue is misfires (but who with a BT isnt having those?)

I stand corrected. What turbo are you running?
